MONEY FOR FOOD HELP for Ukrainian refugees in Poland

Poland has opened borders and hearts to millions of Ukrainian refugees escaping war. They have packed their lives into a single suitcase and Polish individuals and organisations are welcoming them with shelter, care and consolation, providing them with a feeling of safety here and now.
Our Foundation (Bank Żywności SOS in Warsaw) is systematically working towards providing support for the Ukrainians. We are collecting food, as this is our area of expertise. We know this will need to be a long term project, so we are stocking up on products with a long shelf-life that will distributed to the refugees whenever needed, either now or at a later time.
We help organizations working with refugees, intervention organizations, other non-governmental organizations (NGOs), as well as individuals.
We have more demand than supply at the moment.
Already over 2,0 mio Ukrainian refugees had crossed the Polish border so far. Scale in Mazovia District: we handle phone calls from coordinators asking for help for over 20.000 refugees. Many of them systematically ask Warsaw Food Bank for long term food help.
